Very welcoming and informative staff
This is the third time we have used Hays and once again the staff were really helpful and knowledgeable.

Good and efficient service without being pressurised
We enquired about potential holiday destinations and we’re given various destinations. After reviewing them at home and choosing what and where we wanted, returned to the shop and within 30 minutes all our questions were answered and the holiday was booked. A very good service

Kelly at Allestree branch was amazing.
Kelly at Allestree branch was amazing.
Listened to what we wanted and noted everything down.
Looked at several tour operators until she found the package perfect for us.
Booked our holiday to Canada before we left.
Kelly also packaged our holiday last year and it was superb, from the moment we left to arriving back home.
Would definitely recommend and will be speaking to Kelly for our next holiday.
