Andrea was great. She answered any questions I had and help me get the best deal for our mini break. This is my 3rd time to book with hays travel and with Andrea. Andrea could not have done more to help…I will mostly certainly book with Andrea again and I have already recommended her to a number of friends and colleagues.
Andrea could not have done more to help me find a holiday suitable for my kids and I. She gave thought to my preferences and provided me with a number of options to choose from. She responded to all my messages really quickly and made the final booking experience very swift and easy.
