Just back from our first time in Dubai. My husband booked this as a surprise for our 10th wedding anniversary later this year and with Andrea's expertise and help the holiday was amazing. We have stayed in a lot of hotels from Europe to America but Five Palm was the most amazing hotel we have ever stayed in. The experience from we arrived was first class until we got off at dublin again. She chose us to fly Emirates on a direct flight which was the best option and a first class plane. Andrea also recommended mark book half board and this was another great idea. With 7 restaurants we had different food everyday and the food was amazing in every restaurant. Dubai itself is so clean and safe and the people are the friendliest we have came across. I hope we can go back again one day and I highly highly recommend this hotel and Dubai. If you want a book a surprise holiday or any holiday long haul give Andrea a call. Memories that we will have forever.

Excellent service from Andrea frim start to finish

Andrea made it hassle free and gave me options after listening to what I wanted. My questions were all listened to and replied to. The hays payments links were easy to use. I felt comfortable asking for tips and advice. The prices were competitive. I would definitely recommend it.
