Always excellent service
Always excellent service from Hays, Arbroath. Was a young girl who served us this time, couldn’t see full name on badge but it started “Car”. She was so lovely, very professional and knowledgable. It’s always a pleasure to visit Hays Arbroath. Nothing ever any trouble and left happy with our next holiday booked. Very satisfied customers xx.

Proactive customer service
Tracey quickly followed up on an email enquiry, answering questions about hotel and flights, offering to check other dates for better flights times. She could recommend hotel as she'd herself been there. Covered everything even discussing transfer options. Always impressed with customer service and friendly advice.
