The assistant who served me was very polite and friendly. She was thorough. She seemed efficient and quick and was able to deal with our questions.

We were sat with izzy who is a trainee. She was very patient and looked after us very well and we finally booked a holiday in Ibiza. So full marks to Izzy.

The lady who took my booking was really nice, she went to great lengths to make sure that I got the best deal, that the holiday had everything I wanted and needed, helped me with the insurance, told me where to check what I might need for that country, visas, jabs etc. I am very satisfied with the whole experience.
