I phoned the Barnard Castle branch of Hays Travel yesterday, where I spoke to Lucy Avery to book a holiday for myself, partner and grandson, I explained where we wanted to go and Lucy priced the package holiday for me. Every time I book a holiday I've found that the team have excellent customer service and nothing is too much trouble for them. I would like to thank Lucy for making me always feel welcome along with the other staff in the branch.

Holiday challenge
My partner and I weren't the easiest of customers as we are taking what will be a 15 and 17 year old away in summer and needed somewhere that would suit both, Amelia was very patient and professional and came up with somewhere where it suited us all.

Excellent friendly service
We called in to the Barnard Castle office which we have used before because of the excellent service we have received in the past. We found the same again this time. We were dealt with by Hollie who was extremely helpful and friendly. She listened to our needs and made the arrangement of our next holiday a very easy experience.
