Website was very hard to navigate and find the holiday we wanted. Went into our local office to have a look. The travel agent (Amelia @ Barnard Castle) was so helpful and found us the perfect holiday. Highly recommend

I would like to first and foremost give a huge shout out to Hollie, who worked with me to book a trip to Prague in October of next year. It was a fantastic deal I saw on the Hays Travel - Barnard Castle Facebook page and couldn’t resist. Hollie was friendly, professional and couldn’t have made the booking process easier. She talked me through the package over the telephone after sending over an email earlier that day with a comprehensive cost breakdown, including listing all of the optional extras which could be offered. She gave me time to ask any questions and clarify information about the booking throughout the process and worked tirelessly to ensure I was being given the most up to date information and that the costs were laid out transparently. She was knowledgeable, being a keen traveller herself, and could recommend not only excursions based on her own time visiting Prague but also advice on where to choose to sit on the plane when we opted to choose our own seating. The deposit link was easy to follow and instantly secured our booking with just a few details.

A further shoutout to Amelia who alongside Hollie stayed slightly past opening hours to complete the booking.
