Lucy at Hays travel in Barnard castle is fantastic.
She always works hard to find the best holiday to suit our needs and budget at the best price.
You can look online all you like for ideas but to actually chat through everything with someone and get a better deal without the hassle is a win win.
We have booked our last few holidays through her and the advice you get is fantastic and we have never been disappointed with our holiday.

We had not visited Hays in Barnard…
We had not visited Hays in Barnard Castle before, I was told by my daughter that the ladies were very good.
As we walked in we were greeted by a lovely smile from, Kelsie. We explained what we wanted, Kelsie was friendly, patient and professional, holiday sorted 😊
