Megan was really helpful and persevered when her computer stopped working!! She checked all my options and booked my trip for me. I know if I have any issues Hays will help me and when I need any add ons it’s a simple phone call to them. I won’t book with anyone else.

The young woman who served was very friendly and helpful, however, I felt she didnt give me a chance to look at the screen that she was searching. I wanted to read about the holidays and choose between two.
Also she needs to brush up on her Geography.
