very helpful and informative with assisting booking a holiday to a destination and hotel of our choice. Took into consideration our needs and requests to accommodate around my 4yr son for our first family holiday abroad. Did not try and fob me off with other deals.secured the best deal possible and assisted with all the necessities of parking,checking in,insurance to make our holiday as smooth as possible.

Person serving me was wonderful
Person serving me was wonderful. Listened to what I wanted. Found out all the information I asked them for .Then booked my holiday in minutes which would have taken me ages to do. She was so kind and friendly nothing was to much trouble and she didn’t try to sell me things I didn’t want. Have used them before and will do so again.

Listened to and used my spec for holiday and continued listening without deviating onto other possibilities to create a shortlist. An enhancement would be summary sheet for each option. Also after purchase no summary sheet provided for the accomodation (but I could find relevant internet pages later).
