I went to book flights to Canada - WestJet
I went to book flights to Canada, a flight from Calgary to Ottawa and then home to Edinburgh from Ottawa via Toronto. The flights were with WestJet and at the time of booking nobody was aware of looming strike action by WestJet staff. My flight was cancelled and this impacted on the other flights
The staff at Hays Travel kept me informed all the way and will do so until I receive a full refund from the airline.
