My headache solved
We had tried for four days to do a booking on line but was unable to we went to Hays Travel and the young lady was very helpfull and got ital. Done in less than an hour

Brilliant service at Hays Bicester
I was completely blown away by the brilliant service I received on my recent visit to Hays Travel Bicester.
Sharon greeted me with cheerful enthusiasm, was knowledgeable about the part of Italy I wanted to visit and when I left I had booked and paid for the perfect trip!
Even her colleague in the Currency Exchange joined in with the discussion and I felt they were happy and professional team.
