Booking of holidays…
We have booked both flights and Holidays with Hayes Travel Bicester several times, the most recent being last Saturday with Mia Mai.
All staff that we have dealt with have always been friendly, helpful, and professional. Great service, good prices and the booking, check in and printing of the Boarding passes etc mean a trouble free start to our holidays!

We were very pleased with the help and assistance provided by the staff.
Having explained our requirements every effort was made to meet our needs and we had a quote emailed within a very short time. We asked for some changes and these were completed promptly, so within 24hrs we had booked the holiday.
I can fully recommend the service they provide and will be happy to return for future bookings...Thank you.

Always very easy to book at Hays Bicester, the ladies are all lovely and the 1-1 customer service is always excellent.

Excellent service at Hays travel
A couple of weeks ago we booked a holiday. We were served by Diane, and she couldn’t have been more helpful. She was extremely knowledgeable, and we left very happy with the service.
Today I rang through to Hays travel, and once more was served by a very helpful person, it was able to answer all my questions and send me the paperwork as necessary.
I have nothing but complimentary things to say about this company, and those who work in it. We are looking forward to a holiday.
