This company was helpful as always, polite knowledgeable staff, found me somewhere to holiday in the area I wanted, at the price I could afford, they didn't try to push me onto anything more expensive but did offer me the option of organising the airport car parking which I booked and tried to help with car hire on the holiday.

Good personal service
Dealt with the manager who was able to find a child friendly safari for us. She checked 9 different companies to get the right holiday for us and even when I had questions she was helpful and patient. Very happy with the personal friendly service.

Excellent customer service
James the travel consultant we booked with kept us up to date with everything we asked about the holiday online and when we came in and booked with deposit he was friendly, professional, knew his stuff and kept us smiling about why to choose this place very excellent customer service and my wife is happy so happy wife happy life 😀
