5⭐️ Customer Service
We sat with a member of staff called Rebecca and the Birkenhead Town Centre branch and she was amazing. She went above and beyond to find us the perfect last minute all inclusive holiday to Gran Canaria at an amazing price. Rebecca also done a price match for us as id found the holiday abit cheaper than advertised on that day. Nothing was too much trouble. Other staff members were on hand also to offer advice on our holiday destinations and things to do whilst there. They sorted our whole holiday, luggage, transfers etc and our holiday insurance.
We’ve been told to pop back in a few days to check-in for our flight so we don’t have to do it at the airport. This is my first time booking in a travel agents (I usually do it online) but I’ll definitely be going back to Hays travel now every year to book.
