We were so impressed with the branch in…
We were so impressed with the branch in Birtley simply because all staff were so welcoming and helpful especially Jill who was amazing and helped us decide which holiday to chose ,her knowledge is impressive . We normally book independently however this experience with Jill has made us think of how we will book in the future. All staff here and especially Jill are a credit to Hays travel you should be very proud of your staff

Great customer service
The team at Hays, Birtley emailed me to ask if we would like to book again this year and if they could assist, when I emailed and gave specifications and information, Jill emailed back with options. We booked the next day which was do efficient and personal to our needs.

I booked Iceland+ New York with Megan and she was fab! She managed to accommodate to all my needs and wants and gave me excellent options and attractions to go to while I’m away. Also fab customer service from the girls when I initially went into the branch the first time regarding this booking

Professional friendly Service
The service was delivered in a relaxed but professional manner. Imogen introduced her colleague (apprentice) and clearly described the options available and dealt with our queries thoroughly. We were very pleased with the outcome of our visit and are looking forward to our holiday
