Review of Hays Bishops Waltham office
We had an email conversation prior to visiting the office which made our experience a lot easier. Haley was able to answer all of our questions. She booked 3 cabins on P&O cruise, linking our bookings. She was very knowledgeable and satisfied all our queries.

Over the moon!
We were inundated with options online so we were recommended to speak to Hayley at Hays. We told her a bit about ourselves and what we were looking for.
She came back with the most incredible prices and beautiful destinations. We were beyond happy. Hayley understood what we were looking for and we were able to tweak things. It was a very easy process. We won’t be trying online again. Too expensive and too complicated. Hayley and Hays made the search so simple.

Finding that holiday destination
We went to Hays Travel as we couldn't decide where we wanted to go on holiday. The staff were very helpful and provided us with suggestions and options, based on what we were looking for out of a holiday, and we were happy to accept one of them. There were a couple of queries we had before departing, which were resolved with great charm and assurance.
