Hayley was absolutely brilliant
Hayley was absolutely brilliant! After having our entire family holiday cancelled by easyJet Hayley set out to find us another family holiday with 2 days notice! She was understanding and helpful from start to finish. She put a big smile on my children’s faces again

Booked this cruise when we were aboard on another cruise but associated the booking with Haynes, our travel agent of choice, so no real input from Haynes so far but I fully expect to involve them later.

Excellent and prompt service in finding us a week away
Jacob did a great job of listening to what we wanted from a weeks holiday in Lisbon and came up with suitable flight options and a few hotels to choose from. He found us a brilliant all round deal and saved us all the hassle of doing it ourselves and with the security of the travel agent team. Thanks all round!
