Outstanding Service
Hayes was very busy yesterday but quickly rang me back as promised and booked my holiday immediately. The lady who served me was professional and very helpful and friendly. She offered to help me get checked in for my flight as well which is helpful to me!

Our Holiday was booked super quick in store at Hays Blyth. Lauren booked our holiday & she was absolutely lovely. Very helpful, with a lovely bubbly nature which is exactly what you want when booking a holiday. Overall found Hays Travel very professional & would highly recommend to family and friends

Saw a holiday on my phone and the price was good , went to Hays to book it and they matched the price , very happy about that. Very efficient and very pleasant experience.
I'll certainly be going back again, it takes out all the stress and worry of doing it yourself.
