Diane was very helpful and found me a selection of holidays to choose from. Her responses were quick and efficient. We dealt with all the details of the holiday over the telephone and I am very happy with the service provided

This is the second time my friend and I have booked a Caledonian bus tour with Hays Travel at Braehead. We just booked the second one yesterday 24th June. We managed to get Jocelyn again, she's a lovely lady who knows exactly what we are looking for, she's very helpful and knows what she's talking about. 10/10
