The patience and professionalism of June the agent who dealt with my enquiry. When I was undecided but had a small idea what I wanted June made it very easy for me with loads of suggestions and prices. I have now booked as I believe June found myself and my sister our perfect holiday. Will definitely use Hay's travel again. You need more service agents like June, she was so nice and helpful.

From the moment we entered the store we were greeted by a very polite member of staff. We explained what we were looking for from our holiday and she delivered 100%. We were in the shop for about 2 hours and left extremely happy with the service we received. Sarah from the Braehead store was very particular and thorough with her search and was very knowledgeable about many things. Would book again with Hays Travel and would highly recommended to anyone wishing to book your holiday with.

Used Hays to book a holiday a few years ago and was dealt with very professionally. Passing a different branch 2.5 years ago, noticed a great deal for a cruise (lots of special events happening late 2025/early 2026), so we went in and booked it there and then. Virtually every week I was in asking something about the cruise, being first time cruisers and was always dealt with very professionally. Cruise has now past. On our return, we went to Hays and asked if there was another cruise for 2 years time another couple of big events then. We had had a quote while on the ship - (felt as though it was as quick as they could get rid of you as if they had scripted what to say). Again, Fiona sat with us, did a bit of research on our behalf and managed to get us something we wanted and could afford, albeit on a different P&O ship. Fantastic service.

The experience was pleasant and were given lots of choices.
