Last Minute Cruising
We popped into Hays at Braehead some weeks ago and a young lady named Laura spent a bit of time with us and prepared two cruises for us to consider. We of course took too long to review and the connecting bus from Glasgow to Southampton now full.
Laura (again) pulled up a choice of cruises for us to consider. This was all done on the phone and by email. My wife and I then reviewed these cruise ships (on YouTube) and reverted within the hour. Ah....no cabins with balconies left. A block booking beat us to it.
Laura undeterred, was back on the case and she found something which met our criteria. Many thanks Laura.

Beyond fabulous
Beyond fabulous - Laura was very personable - knowledgeable and good fun and above all very very helpful - easy to ask information- offered helpful advice and was genuinely excited for us about our booking. Would highly recommend and will definitely be booking with Hays Travel & especially Laura again.

once again a wonderful experience. This time booking a multi centre trip to Germany Diane couldn't have been more helpful. This is the fourth time I've booked a holiday with Hays and each time it has been a hassle free experience would highly recommend

Efficient and Professional booking by staff.

Being listened to regarding what you need in place. I felt the woman actually tried to understand the problems, I face as does anyone traveling with someone with special needs and mobility problems.
I found the woman I dealt with extremely helpful and understanding that I can face many obstacles when traveling with my adult daughter who has special needs and mobility problems aswell as number of physical problems. She was very patient with us and we finally found a holiday we were happy with. I would highly recommend Hays Travel at Braeheadx Glasgow.
