Efficient and professional.…
Already having our holiday decided when we entered the shop, the process to book it was simple. Our assistant Poppy was quick and efficient. Very polite and professional, it all happened in a short time .very pleased.

Was greeted by Louise when we entered the branch, she was very helpful and understood all our needs for the holiday that we were to book. Louise remembered us from our last booking of a holiday. The store has recently been refurbished and is very clean, tidy and fresh.

We walked out with the trip we wanted…
We walked out with the trip we wanted booked and paid for…not a straight forward package. 😊 Louise helped us look at 2 different providers, various hotel combinations, flights etc for our multi destination trip to help us create the trip we wanted.
She was friendly and helpful throughout the 2hour long process. We are now looking forward to our holiday.Thank you!

No pressure, just great support and knowledge
Adelle was great. Very patient as we'd been in a few times before eventually booking. She kept smiling and at no point applied any pressure to sell a holiday - she wanted us to be entirely happy with what we chose and supported our decision making with her great knowledge.
