We went into Hays to ask for ideas about Thailand and where would be the best places to go and how to do it. We came away with three separate suggestions and were back a week later to book Phuket, Krabi and Koh Samui.
There staff were very helpful and knowledgeable about where to go we wouldn’t hesitate using then again.

Having never been on a cruise, Poppy provided excellent guidance using her knowledge of cruising whilst also giving us all the options available. Once we identified our dream holiday, Poppy looked for the best value for money and any additional perks we could take advantage of.
