As I have said before Hays Travel always find what we are looking for in a cruise. Especially with finding accessible cabins, The staff in Bridgwater are extremely helpful and have lots of patience.

Helpful, polite, efficient, caring staff who always put the customers needs first.....even though I'm a difficult customer. Remembing a customer name and previous holidays etc shows a personal touch not given by other companies.
