Christian saves the day!
Having originally booked a holiday to Cape Verde, we then saw the hygiene problems on the islands and did not feel comfortable. The following day we went back to the store, the manager Christian, calming and efficiently dealt with us and Tui, he successfully navigated the situation with empathy and confidence. He saved the company and Tui from what could have been an unpleasant confrontation, he truly deserves his managerial position.

Went into Bridlington branch
Went into Bridlington branch, and saw Rebecca. Very helpful, helped us pick the right holiday for us, which the date and price was ideal. Very polite. We will definitely be booking again with Hayes travel, and will try get Rebecca again. Altho all the staff seemed very pleasant.

Brilliant service
Always book our cruises at the same agents in Bridlington. The staff recognise us and we have a good laugh while booking. Never felt rushed and Imogen was very patient.
