We’ve booked with Hays 5 times since Feb25 &. I can honestly say every time is a special occasion, all the staff are friendly & we know them by name, & they know us. Nothing is too much trouble & their patience is off the scale. Over the years ( & there have been many) any small problem has been dealt with, with the utmost professialism. Bright spot on a miserable Winter day
Sophie, although her 1st day on transfer from Driffield, was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Nothing was too much effort.Sophie worked tirelessly to find our perfect destinations and we booked two holidays. The office was clean ,warm and all staff were smart and eager to help.
Always book at Hays and never disappointed.

Christian saves the day!
Having originally booked a holiday to Cape Verde, we then saw the hygiene problems on the islands and did not feel comfortable. The following day we went back to the store, the manager Christian, calming and efficiently dealt with us and Tui, he successfully navigated the situation with empathy and confidence. He saved the company and Tui from what could have been an unpleasant confrontation, he truly deserves his managerial position.
