Highly recommended, we will definitely use Hays again.
We walked in without an appointment, looking for help with fairly complicated travel arrangements to Bhutan (not the most common of destinations). Gillian was extremely thorough, helpful and friendly, arranging both flights and accommodation. We were there for almost two hours, and she did some more research for us after we left and updated us promptly. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Hays, and will certainly be using this branch again for our next big travel plans.
