Hays Travel - Bromborough Avis 

Bromborough shop...We have been using this branch for over 30 years via the different companies.
We have booked another summer holiday with the amazing branch Manager - Gill Collins. Everything is booked without stress and with the friendly banter of Sarah, Louise & Kirsty who also assist with our bookings.
This is the best travel agents on the Wirral with the best staff. There is nothing that is too much trouble, from booking our seats, assistance for my Mum and booking travel insurance.

What can I say but a very big thank you to the super staff at the Bromborough branch they are all very welcoming. On this occasion Gill was amazing nothing was too much trouble, very professional, had so much patience and in the end achieved everything I asked for. I would highly recommend this branch.

We had the same lady who booked our holiday last year her name is Gillian and she was wonderful and talked us through everything. We got cups of tea made for us by the other staff. All so friendly and wouldn’t book my holiday anywhere else.

Kirsty was once again excellent in helping us to find and book a holiday. This time it was a cruise at a real bargain price . I have no hesitation in recommending Kirsty and Hays Travel.

Sarah was helpful, understanding and reassuring after the other company I had used had ceased trading. She and the manager along with a trainee in the Bromborough office all worked to get as close to my original holiday price as possible. Sarah was tenacious! She did not give up and tried multiple options for me until she found something we could work with. Im pretty demanding, Id researched a lot and Sarah could have given up and suggested elsewhere but she didnt.

As usual the staff are always friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Holiday booked and even the hotel at the airport the night before. I wouldn't go anywhere else.
