Helpful and friendly
From stepping into this branch and leaving again I was made to feel welcome. I did not have a destination in mind but Lily who dealt with me was helpful and patient and found me a deal which fitted my wishes. I enjoyed my experience and would use Hays travel again.

Great experience
Firstly, it was nice to actually sit and talk with a real person.
I explained what i wanted on the phone and followed up in store.
Everything was clear and my questions/ queries were answered.
Stacie was fantastic and clarified everything for me.
I booked the following day.
