We booked a trip to florida for 9 of us recently with Lily from the Bromley Branch. She was so friendly and listened to exactly what we wanted. She is newer to the role so anything she didn't know she would ask Ruby, who was another wonderful travel agent.
Both were fantastic!

Yet again Hays came up trumps, the service my wife and I had from Stacie was second to none, she spent in excess of two hours going through the various cruises assisting in flights, destinations and value for money.

Very helpful, polite and efficient.
The young lady (Ruby) we spoke to was very polite,friendly and helpful. It was a very good experience. Everything was explained and our questions answered clearly and efficiently. The price we paid was the same as the online price and she helped us with an upgrade that we required. Would thoroughly recommend Hays Travel and will certainly use them in the future.

Hays dreams come true
The ladies are so welcoming and approachable. They were very helpful and reassuring to my choices of travel etc.
I find it stressful to book anything on line especially flights etc and I like to be able to deal with people face to face.
I started using Hays Travel last year and I am very grateful for all the advice etc.
I love to travel and Hays makes it easier for me to enjoy the whole experience from my dreams ,to plans, to actually get to my destinations

My experience with Hays was very good Mia was excellent originally I went in for advice on my trip Mia took time to explain and explore all the different aspects of travelling for me and my budget I was then able to go away and think about what I wanted to do needless to say I returned and booked my flight thanks Mia I think you're exceptional friendly and helpful I have recommended you to all my family and friends
