Been a long time since I’d booked a holiday through a travel agent and must admit I was pleasantly surprised.
Gemma the rep who attended to us at our Bury St Edmunds Branch was extremely friendly efficient and knowledgable.
We were a large group with several demands and requests but she dealt with ourselves and the cruise company brilliantly and not only showed extreme competence and skill but instilled confidence our booking with Hay’s.

We came in Monday to book a holiday we had quite a few requests like price ,facilities .short flight and transfer Dora was so helpful and patient trying to find us a lovely place to stay for a week we looked at several each one didn't quite meet what we wanted but Dora kept looking and finally found us a lovely holiday with Al we had asked for so thank you Dora
