As always our regular travel agent Gemma at the bury st Edmund’s. Branch booked our holidays for us as she has done for quite a few years now, even if she is not available we get fantastic service from One of her colleagues

Very gd as usual, altho the shop was short staffed we were not made to feel rushed regarding our queries.

Excellent service and good knowledge of cruise I was booking. I would not have been able to find all the information provided easily without them. They were able to advise on cabin areas to avoid if we did not want excess noise or obstructive views from our balcony. I am so pleased with the service and would certainly use Hayes Travel again.
