Good overall but not for package holidays.
Generally very good. But find it more difficult to deal with than dealing direct with package holiday companies. Hence four stars. Woonsocket use again for package holidays.

No question too silly or too big to solve...
Tina and the team have always been very helpful in providing a wide range of options for us to go away and consider, any questions were quickly answered and it helped us to book for the second time with Hays.

We always book our coach trips via Hayes Travel. When we lived in Bridlington, & will continue to do so now we are in Glossop.
We went to Hayes in Buxton, where we were greeted by Tina. So many things to sort out: twin room for brother and sister. Both Vegetarian. Coach seats, lifts to all floors, & the date & destination we would like..Tina was great! Easy to talk to, friendly, so very helpful, & ticked all the boxes with our requirements, we were so pleased with the service & professional calibre of Tina, she deserves a personal mention.
Looking forward to our holiday!! Thank you Hayes!
