I could not thank Bailey enough I was looking on Facebook and seen a holiday but the destinations was not in the order we would of liked so the manager bailey messaged me saying he can change the order. We went into store and he could not help us more than he did we are so thankful to him what a lovely gentleman.

I was messaging Bailey the branch manager and he was fab, keeping me updated with the fact he was sending me links to pay for deposit and travel insurance via text.
All round I’ve had a really good first time experience with Hays Travel and would recommend to anyone to book on for an holiday.
