Last minute mini break.
My son and myself went in to the shop to book a last minute mini break. Was greeted as soon as we walked in. With in 30 minutes we had booked, paid for and had our boarding passes for Barcelona. Great customer service, our travel agent was called Charlotte who was training a apprentice called ffion. Both were helpful and knowledgeable. Also had it for a great price.

Great lady who looked after us we were quite fussy with our requirement's she did not stop digging until she found what we wanted, very chilled out and relaxed staff in the shop makes a change from being put under pressure in some other places
