Holiday with hays
We went in knowing we wanted a holiday just didn't know where and after a brief chat with our booker ( Ffion ) she had a few options for us, she was very knowledgeable about all the places we were looking at and guided us to our holiday.
Needless to say we booked our holiday on the spot and the whole experience was amazing we were very happy.

The staff were really good and everyone I spoke did their very best to help me find my holiday. The only problem was the coach companies who were not the best at getting back to Hays for an update

Booking made easy!
Aided by the skills of your staff member and the range of services you offer,m y friend and I were able to :-
chat to a member of the travel company we were considering; arrange overnight acommodation near our departure airport and book coach travel to the airport. Her patience and diligence was excellent - so much easier than doing it ll unaided! I would not hesitate to use Hays Travel again.
