Another holiday booked with Hays Travel Shannon was most helpful when making my booking there was a small issue which was sorted out immediately no fuss great service as always. I always book with Hays travel all staff amazing.

I feel I was miss sold my holiday.
I feel I was miss sold my holiday.
Was told good reviews at hotel but when I came home excited and looked up hotel the reviews were not good. Ask for hotel to be changed but told no as Ryanair will not chang flights as holiday booked within 14 days of trip.

Thank you for your review and it's disappointing that you feel let down and this is something I would like to apologies to you for . I have now spoke to you this morning so thanks for taking the time to clarify the issue. The reviews stated were from the tour operators website which in turn brings them from trip advisor and do come out at 4.1 / 5 overall . There are a few reviews that are lower than this over the past few months but also equally there are numerous 5 star review also. As discussed I will look to assist in any way to resolve as best we can regards Paul Morgan Store Manager

Great service
Sammie was great very patient
She explained everything in great detail about flights the resort etc.
My husband had been in Cameron Toll Edinburgh and had the information but Sammie was quite happy to go through it all again with me on the phone.
I find it much easier than trying to book on line myself .
