Sammie was great very patient
She explained everything in great detail about flights the resort etc.
My husband had been in Cameron Toll Edinburgh and had the information but Sammie was quite happy to go through it all again with me on the phone.
I find it much easier than trying to book on line myself .

Fantastic service 💫used Hays last year to book a holiday it ticked all the boxes ,so went back Shannon who we booked the previous holiday with listen to all what we were looking for sent links before hand for ideas and found the perfect destination for this years holiday!!really looking forward to it .

The agent Paul really listened to what we were looking for as a single parent family. He sourced great quality locations and really searched for the best prices available with additional discounts. His knowledge of all the locations was amazing. Would never book a holiday online again.

Great service from the rep and most details covered. Ended up taking the insurance from Hays too. Joni was looking at all options and airports for us too.
Only negative was the Hays search software which was slow and reminded me of the old Teletex system where to had to wait for it to load.

No complaints about any aspects of the booking rep was very helpful and answered all my queries and explained every step of the holiday .

The time and concern that all the flights would fit the required criteria was so much appreciated.

I had a wonderful experience with the customer service recently. Paul had helped us book a family cruise for 11 of us. He was very patient with us as we did change our cabin type at the last minute.

Fantastic and efficient. Joanne took a lot of time and trouble to make the booking and Paul was a great help too.
Boarding passes e mailed to me exactly when Joanne said they would be. 5 star efficiency. I will always use this branch and recommend to others.

We went in and Paul (Cameron Toll) listen to what we wanted and then was able to give us choices that fitted around the holiday experience we wanted. He was also able to give a personal experience, as he had done the holiday we were booking.

In store agent Sammie was very helpful in booking a last minute trip to Goa, and even securing a substantial saving by checking different operators

Sammi spent time with us to make sure she was clear on what we were looking for. Nothing was too much trouble. We're already looking forward to our holiday and it's not till next September!
