Hays Travel - Cameron Toll Avis 

Shannon and Sammie gave me excellent customer service from the start of my enquiry when I walked in to the travel agent last Sunday to booking my holiday yesterday. They both went the extra mile and served me with full and caring attention and I would recommend both of them to book any holiday for any customer as they were very efficient, friendly and quick thinking . Shannon did a great job with making the reservation and getting me the best offer and value for money. As the advert had gone from the window the previous day it was tracked down and still available to my delight. This included all flights, transfers and hotel accommodation for the 10 night upcoming holiday in January 2026.

After going in the wonderful young lady Shannon eventually found us the perfect holiday after 2 hours of searching, couldn't work out where we actually wanted to go Shannon had the patience of a saint and ended up going to Tenerif adult only, was perfect for us had a fantastic time, if it wasn't for all her help we probably have never picked this hotel it was wonderful, all I can say is 10/10 for her , great service
