We always feel confident to book through Hays. Have done for years. If anything goes the slightest bit wrong they do everything to help you so that you have a trouble free holiday. It feels very reassuring. Claire at Hays in Carlisle gets us the best deal she can every time. She's amazing.

We find all that staff are friendly and…
We find all that staff are friendly and welcoming. They really made us feel at ease and relaxed. Martin the manager dealt with us and as usual he was helpful and friendly also very patient. We live in crawcrook which is a village in Gateshead area but always is the Carlisle branch . Even the cu of tea I was had made for me was perfect.

When we walked into the Travel Agency weren't exactly sure where we wanted to go. They were extremely patient and helpful. Went to great depths to find the various tours available around the dates we gave. And what the various tours included. We are now so looking forward to our holiday. Thank you so much to Claire.

Usual excellent service.
As usual the advice, help, knowledge and friendliness from staff made booking the holiday I wanted seemless, and I was able to book the holiday we wanted in no time. The coffee was an added bonus! Thanks again to Jess for sorting it, again!
