I must say Carly was a joy to work with…
I must say Carly was a joy to work with for the short period. Very polite, knowledgeable and exciting with the approach to this incredible holiday.
She truly went above and beyond to accommodate my requests day or night. Incredible service in this day and age was refreshing to see people still have high standards for customer care. I would book a holiday again with carly again just to remind myself there are great people still in this service industry

My daughter in law booked our cruise…
My daughter in law booked our cruise holiday on behalf of my wife and I. Within 24 hours everything was sorted, we paid a reasonable deposit amount and now we look forward to planning our second cruise visit to Norway using MSC. Previously we went with P&O so we will be able to compare.

I was referred to Carly from a work colleague who had dealt with Carly when booking a holiday in the past. Carly was very fast at responding and very helpful when helping me find the holiday deal I was looking for and made sure we knew every detail about the holiday I wanted.
