My experience of booking with Hays has been first class, having been taken through the process of booking a cruise for 6 people by Personal Travel Consultant Carly. Carly clearly loves her job and her customers, as was demonstrated by the knowledge and enthusiasm with which she took me through the booking, taking as long as was needed over 3 phone calls to fully explain every aspect of the cruise and booking process. Carly is excellent- nothing is too much trouble and importantly gets back to you as quickly as possible.
This is the second time I've booked through her and if trust pilot did more stars she would get them 👍

Booking with Carly was amazing and so easy and straight forward! Carly requested all the details of our requirements and within the hour had all the information and prices to match.
