Caroline was fantastic
Caroline was fantastic. We have a teenage son with autism and learning disabilities, we explained our situation that he would have to room with us and sit with us on the flight. Caroline arranged fast track security and priority boarding as well as a great deal on pre booked seats. This will remove a lot of stress for us at the airport.

Amazing service
Amazing service. I contacted Caroline one evening not expecting to get a response until the following day but she acknowledged my email immediately. The following morning she sent me a quote for the holiday I was wanting to book. She responded to my subsequent emails instantly and I went ahead and booked the holiday. Booking process was very easy with a link sent to me to make payment. Excellent friendly customer service, I would highly recommend Caroline.

Wasn't the easiest booking as was a large group and we wanted a lot but Caroline couldn't of been more helpful and replied to everyone of my thousand messages. Found and booked hopefully the perfect holiday!
