Helpful and reliable
I've booked with Michael a few times now and always receive friendly, professional help and great customer service. He has recently built a package for us as what we wanted wasn't available - he smoothed out mistakes tui made and went beyond what I expected with arranging airport special assistance for a passenger. I always recommend Michael to friends and family.
