2026 holiday

I booked my first cruise with Megan at Hays Travel in Carrickfergus. Megan was very knowledgeable and very patient. After the first initial quote I asked for a few changes and she was more than happy to help and provide me with updated prices. She talked me through the process, next steps etc and reassured me that I could call upon her for anything I need. Big thanks to Megan for being so lovely.

Every time we have booked with hays travel in Carrickfergus we have had first class service we booked with Kim and she couldn't do enough to check the places we had seen nothing was a bother to her she was very professional and her knowledge was great would always book through hays
