Cruise holiday booked :-)

Made to feel welcomed the second we walked in. The process was tailored to us to suit our needs with no fuss. Very helpful and felt at ease booking our holiday. The girl that sorted us is amazing at what she does and I would recommend going to her to anyone. Il be there again to book.

My friend and I were booking a cruise for a group 5Oh holiday next year. Laura was extremely helpful and friendly . She explained everything in detail. My friend and I will both require assistance on the cruise and Laura ensured it was noted on our booking and what it entailed. We are traveling as a group of 4 , Laura managed to get us two balcony rooms beside each other ,My friend and I were both very happy with our experience as we had been to another travel agent previously for a 2nd quote and they were not as helpful or friendly. Laura was very knowledgeable and was able to answer all our questions.She has given us her contact details if we require any further assistance. The overall experience was seamless. Thank you Laura

I called in told them what I seen and wanted and within 20 minutes my holiday was booked & payed, I had i slight issue with the booking afterwards, went back explained the situation and just like that it was all sorted, I would definitely recommend anyone to go and speak with the girls they where great helping me with everything 😊
