Curtis, who made our booking at the Castleford branch, was very knowledgeable, helpful and patient with us, nothing was too much trouble. We have booked twice now through Hays Castleford and each time the staff have been brilliant, keep it up!

I never book a holiday anywhere else..I have never had a bad experience at Hays Castleford.the staff there are fantastic and they help you to find your perfect holiday with no fuss...it was a pleasure to book my little break with Hays..keep it up ladies and gents at Hays Castleford,and I look forward to booking with you again in the near future.

Staff were excellent
Staff were excellent. Went in to discuss the holiday a week before with Jane who was lovely helping us explore our hoilday options. We booked with Curtis who explained the process fully (first time booking a holiday) service was excellent

Staff in the Castleford shop are amazing, they are all very friendly. Claire who helped us book our cruise was very professional, polite and very helpful. Claire made sure she met every need we had to make sure everything was going to be perfect. I wouldn't go anywhere else but the Castleford store.

The best team
