Efficient and friendly
Very thorough, efficient and friendly. Enabled me to book the specific cabin I wanted and various optional excursions during the cruise itself. Took the time to check everything out including talking direct to cruise company.

Exceptional service
This is the second time that we have used Hays Travel to book our holiday and the service again has been exceptional. Brodie and Laura were really helpful in finding us a great holiday that met all our requirements and took all the stress of booking away from us. Stress free booking
So helpful in getting me a full refund for my airport parking when I had to cancel. After many problems with online booking for Ryan air, I’ve decided to book everything with a travel agent from now too. The lady couldn’t have been more helpful and took all my stress away. Thank you
