Professional guidance with holiday booking.
Brodie was the agent that handled our booking, she was very professional and supported us immensely with the available options for the planned holiday. At no time did I feel that Brodie was not genuinely concerned about providing us with the best outcome, and that level of customer care isn't common. I will definitely be recommending Hays travel to anyone seeking a value for money package for their holidays.
